DA Random Problems. Please help!

Okay so I have a 92 GS that has a JDM B16a swap. I have these 2 vaccum lines that I can't find a home for. I checked them, and they aren't pushing or pulling at all, so I'm stumped. It doesn't seem right to me that they don't have a place, so maybe someone could shed light for me? At least tell me what they're supposed to do/go to/what they are. Pics are below.

Now, I have an issue with my blinkers. When I bought the car, the front left blinker didn't have a socket or anything because it was in a wreck the fucked it up I found a socket though, and connected it but it won't work. I'm pretty sure that I have it wired correctly but its telling me otherwise. I followed the wires for the socket back to a box that was connected to nothing and I have no idea what it is but I'm pretty sure thats my source. My front right used to work, but I accidentally ripped the socket off when I was taking my bumper off (I know, retarded) and when I reconnected it it doesn't work at all. What the hell is going on? I tried to read the wiring diagram from my haynes manual, but I don't know enough about electrical to make enough sense out of it.

Part 3! My car won't pass emissions. I'm not sure why. What should I check? My sparks and wires are pretty new. I can't really figure it out.

All help is appreciated!

Fixed it for you

Im not sure but I think some of the vacuum lines can be disconnected without them causing trouble.

As for the light bulb its just a matter of finding the correct cables and the one that gets power when your blinker is on. Use a circuit tester. You can pick one up for 6 bucks.

As for emissions it can be a series of things such as incorrect timing, clogged cat, etc

Yeah thats what I hear is that on the b18's there's hellla vac lines that aren't neccesary on the b16's, but I wanted to double check.

With the blinkers I know I have the correct wires. I'm thinking the box may be some sort of relay? Or maybe a switch?

Thanks for the emissions tip. I'm thinking I just need to replace my sparkies because I had some leaking tube seals and didn't replace the plugs after I replaced t he seals, so maybe that. I know it isn't my cat, maybe an egr. I haven't checked yet. I sure as hell hope its not my timing though. How do I check to tell if its correct?

I went to town on my blinkers today and found out my sockets were jsut fucked, so I replaced those and now its all good. Still no cure to my vac lines, but idgaf. Engines running fine for now. The emissions thing i still freaking me out though. Looks like I'm just fucked.

The red vacuum line goes to your charcoal canister and on the USDM throttle bodies it mates to a vacuum line nipple on top. I just capped all the hoses off on mine and threw the canister away. I doubt you can do that as you're in CA.
I'm not sure about the other one off the top of my head, but I'll see what I can come up with today.

Thanks man! I don't even have a charcoal can loll. I wanted to put one on and I read something about running through the pcv hose between the IM and crankcase, but if I can run it through with the red hose I'd rather do that. How exactly does yours hook up?

I'll get a few pics today of what you need to block off.

Because the canister is used to recycle unused fuel vapors (I believe) his unburnt carbon emissions (hydrocarbons?) will be pretty high when it gets smog checked. Not sure if blocking it off is the best idea.

Yeah I didn't pass emissions up in Washington and I'm in California now so I know I sure as phuck won't pass down here. So if blockin off those lines is gonna shoot my hydrocarbons through the roof than I'd rather hook something up to the lines than block it off. Any ideas?
