ok.. am new here an i have a big pro.... i was driving today an i did not se a whole in the groung an i think a bend my subframe... i dont know what to do next... buy a new one an install it..... anything ideas would help,,,,, i would post pics but i dont know how...

Bent your sub frame? Good god, whats your definition of hole?! My first thought was a pot hole.. sounds like you drove off the road lol.
