Cut Mirror Wires Now Window Won't Roll Up

I have a 92 integra and recently smashed the drivers side front fender/door by sliding into another car :) Anyways i shattered the drivers side door mirror, i was removing it today so it wasnt hanging there and could not figure out how to get the wires running inside the mirror out (electric mirror) after tearing everything apart i realized there was no real easy disconnect on the wiring, so i just sliced them off as i don't have a new mirror to put back on yet, and i wasn't really worried about having a power mirror. After i did this my window will no longer roll up all of a sudden (power windows). I didn't think the mirror wiring had anything to do with the window so i tore the door panel off to investigate and still don't think they are wired together, however to be sure i cut the plastic coating off the mirror wires i sliced and found 3 color coated wires inside, i spliced them back together where i cut them to see if that would fix the window problem, still the window will not roll up. Does anyone have any idea at all what may be the problem, as i really don't care to leave my window down all night and when i'm in town. Thanks in advance for any and all help.
"Could i have possibly knocked the window off track or would it be something else? You can hear it making sounds as if it's trying to go up/down when you hit the switch but it's not doing anything"

the fuse was the first thing i checked. I even replaced it with a new one even though it was fine. It acts like it wants to go up but it seems as if its either jammed or just doesn't have enough power to go up from what i can tell after playing with it for a few.

Is the motor trying to roll the window up? If it is, it might have just separated from the regulator.
