Custom Door Panels??

Not Turbo Lag,Its Forplay
has anyone modified there door panels to replace the existing fabric? my "inserts" are black/blue and i want to recover them with black vynil but i cant figure it out. on civics, you can pop these pieces out, but after removing my teg panel, it appears like they are permanent....any help?

btw this is a 94 gsr

I think they have a DIY on how to do it to a DA on g2ic, but I'm not sure... check there. thats my best guess

i did mine i think krylon makes it, its a fabric spray paint. my panels are black and the inserts are blue first i sprayed the insert blue, dont worry if you get some blue on the black. when it was dry i thentook a plastic garbage bag and covered the insert by using a small screwdrive to get back in creases. then i sprayed the whole thing black. REMEMBER take out all the accessories first. it works nice

i dont understand.....
They use a glue to hold the fabric down so it's not bubbly or anything. How else would they do it. If you just wrap it and staple it tight it will still stretch and get messed up over time

just pull it off cuz it's glued onto the door panel. to reinstall the new fabric suck as red sparco fabric or any material you want, you need to use 3m spray adhesive n cement glue so it'll look good
