Same thing you'd do with an Integra.. You may want to find a Civic forum that caters to your motor type though.

I'd drop it and put some wheels on it for a nice hard parker status and work on power mods next.

I would never do IHE first, but thats me.

I much prefer the car to look how I want it to look than to gain 5whp from bolt-ons. My suggestions would be coilovers and OEM optional wheels or something aftermarket in 16".
