CTR cams on a b16a

Get JDM or Die Trying
I have a 94 gsr with a JDM b16a i want to know is it possitble to use CTR for a b16b and will it help my car performance.

from what i understand ctr cams are the most aggressive cams honda make, so it should make a difference
