Cruise switch is dim when cruise is off

Just noticed that when I turn my cruise or fog lights off, the switches are still lit but very dim..any idea what could make this happen.

Poor ground. What are your fogs wired to?
The red/blue on the cruise control module to the indicator light should be grounded when the main cruise switch is on and cruise is activated. Did you wire something from the fog lights to that wire?

I haven't touched it. Previous owners could have done something or another lol. I'll check into it. Where are the grounds for the cruise control?
