Cruise Control problem

I have a 1990 DOHC Integra LS 5 speed hatch. Cruise control button on left side of steering wheel on dash still lights up. But it ends there. The cruise indicator on the speedometer does not light up either. Can't find a fuse to it in driver side interior box or passenger side box under the hood. Will the Cruise Control prompt a code?

You know how to use the cruise control right? Press the circular button "cruise" left of the steering wheel and it should light up, you have to be going at least 30mph I believe, then hold down the "decelerate" button on the steering wheel until the the cruise control lights up on the dash.

The fuse for the cruise control should be above the driver's side footwell, if not there check the fuse box in the engine bay.
