I just got the car a month ago and and pretty happy with it because when it runs it runs great!
It seems like it won't start when its wet outside and today we got 12 inches of snow, surprise it wont start. My father and I have done alot to try and keep it running good, spark plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, alternator, battery, and the distributor cap looks new(although we havent really checked it) and fuel pump. I would change the main relay but I don't think that has anything to do with it being cold or wet( maybe i'm wrong?)
Still it wont start but only when its wet out. Last night when I tried to start it, it started and died immediately. I waited a few seconds tried again it started made a good effort to stay running shut off and will not get to that point anymore. Sometimes I can pump the gas right after it starts to get it to stay running, but not this time.
Any help is appreciated, Mike

My friends older brother used to have a Dodge Colt with a similar problem. The distributor cap had a crack in it allowing water/moisture to get inside if it was too wet out, preventing the car from starting. Check the inside of your cap for any signs of corrosion.
