dis guy has a ls/vtec in his hatch and only pushes out 141.2 max HP when a stock LS motor pushes 142....someone explain dis to me cuz id doesnt make sense at all

LS have 142 crank horse power, but only put down like 120-126 to the wheels! If that ls/vtec is putting down 141 to the wheel then its an ok start

Most factory horsepower ratings are from the fly if I remember correctly.

Probably shitty internals, bad engine building, no tuning.

My mechanic has a EG hatch ls vtec putting down 200 to the wheels. Daily driven for 1 1/2 yrs.

If it is not tuned right you can have $3000 under the hood and it would run like shit.

thats why i say that vid is shite and LS Vtec doesnt beat a ITR if its just LS/vtec. there must be done something to that one. and ITR puts 170 to 180 on the wheels depending on the condition of the motor. so an LS/vtec should be 150 to 160 imo. 200 to the wheels from an LS/vtec seems kinda much to me (maybe if hes built with internals and all and some hondata management an other stuff done to it I 100% agree thats poss but stock LS/vtec :s

a stock lsvtec wont even spank a gsr in the 1/4 mile just on the launch thats it, u have to build it up a bit
