Correct Fuel Pressure

I got a fuel pressure regulator and installed it today and i was just wondering if anyone knows what psi i should be running at. pre and post turbo install if there is a difference. It is adjustable and currently is running at around 40psi.

I am running 45PSI right now on my built 2.0 GSR while its NA, as for post turbo, that depends on your tuner really. He will be the one adjusting the Fuel Pressure to help the injectors out.
