cooling fan wont turn on automatically

I have a 1989 Integra, so my cooling fan won't turn on to cool the car it overheats, The guy who had the car before me installed a toggle switch to it so you can turn it on manually, I have the shop manual for the car I just want some feed back to see if it could be a relay, the temp sensor, or s*** maybe even a fuse. I know my way around schematics but I'm no expert

First thing to check would be to make sure the connections are clean and intact, next test the temp sensir(bottom passenger side of radiator) and check the circuit for continuity. Keep us posted yo!
