Cooling Fan Stuck On

I walked out to my car this morning to find that the cooling fan was on. It was on with the key off, and had apparently been on for quite some time. It must have turned on during the night because when I parked the car in the shop last night it wasn't on. I unplugged the fan for now because I don't want it draining my battery. I haven't really driven the car long enough to notice if the fan was even working before this.

I've double checked my wiring and my grounds. Nothing was cut or spliced.

I'm a little confused to as to what it could be, any idea's?

Thanks for the reply Aaron.

Do you know where the relay is located, and if this could be possible with the key not in the ignition?

check your wiring it could be like hitting a constant power or something

I've checked it. Unless there is a wire crossed under the wire loom, which I highly doubt.
I'll triple check, but i'm fairly certain the wiring is fine. :|

Check the relays, if anything see if running a switch helps but there shouldnt be power to the fan with the key out of the ignition, anything else on when the key is out?

No. The fan is the only thing, I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it turns slow but thats about it. I was screwing with my radio wiring again because Jim mentioned something about something being behind it. The fan doesn't seem to be on anymore.

I'll be sure to post up if I figure the problem out. :thumbs up

Thanks guys.
