Coolant Problem

Hey guys whats up i was driving yesterday and i noticed my temp gauge moving up and down. Quick enough to notice it while im driving. I pull over and then notice that my heat is stone cold all of a sudden. And im sitting there thinkin wtf, then all of a sudden white smoke bursts out from under the hood. I immediatly turn the car off and pop the hood, coolant is all over the engine bay. Now if you were standing in front of the car holding the hood up with your hand facing the car the coolant was mainly in the upper left corner of the engine bay, near the battery but more in front of it. I filled the radiator back up which was bone dry and i havnt been able to find any leaks yet. I checked the hoses on the radiator, are there any other hoses im missing like on the back of the block? I searched but no one has had a problem similar to this any help will be greatly appreciated

well if that were to go would you loose all the coolant within like 30 secs because mine was all under my car almost as soon as i hopped out and popped the hood. well i hopped out popped the hood saw smoke then looked under the car and noticed it was coolant. how ever long that is ? lol

if the engine was running, yes. Open hose = waterpump unloads that mofo. lol

Check the lines going into the heater core thru the firewall and theck the 2 hoses that go into the IM that have coolant as well.

alright i finaly figured out what hose it is it is one of the heater core hoses which is why i think my heat was acting funny before i blew all my antifreeze out its the hose that is right behind the upper radiator hose where it meets the motor. Here is a picture its the smaller hose behind the larger upper rad hose.

I dont know what this hose is called heater core hose maybe ?
