cool air intake install

im trying to throw a cool air into my b18a1 but there are two tubes coming from the dash spot and the air boost vavle connected to the air intake. my friend gave me his old one form his civic and said it would fit in my car. my question is. what do i do with the two tubes?

are they ac lines?

if so i just bent mine and installed the ca from the bottom instead of top

Pretty sure you're talking about vaccum lines.

I drilled holes and attatched proper sized nipples to attatch the lines to.
