Converting Lambo doors back to stock, Help Me!

ok i just bought door hinges today and i dont know how to put them on... can some one please help me!
BTW i have lambo doors.. im trying to convert back

ok well i was 16 when i got the car and i was like WOW thats sooooo cool... and now im like uughghhh kill me! but wat about all the wires and shit.. i mean my auto locks already dont work.. my passenger window dont work and my front speakers, guess what, they dont work either hahah

but when i got the car everything worked.. then i broke something.. ok my friend broke it and soi got the door REdone and then it worked for a few days and then BAM no more auto anything hahaha

some one please help me!
