confusing future

ok most ppl know now that i have a 99 LS non vtec. its got 97k miles im not sure if i should swap in the b18c1 or keep it non vtec and turbo the teggy. i want it to be a nice project while im going through college. so any tips on the best route would help alot. thanks

well 97 is kinda in the air depending on how its be driven but either way you go Id rebuild your motor

like above,.....rebuilding the motor is the best way to do a project vehicle....it'll be the most fun, most reliable, and most educational experience. If money is available, i'd swap first and then rebuild the GSR only because of the amount of readily available parts
