compressors not coming on, need a/c expert

i checked the relays, the a/c system is charged, fuses are fine and still the compressor is'nt coming on. what can it be? :???:

check the binary pressure switch, not shure where it is on a 2nd gen, also if it has a evaporator temp sensor, those go bad alot too on hondas
