coloring valve cover...

i'd like to paint my valve cover chrome....or should i already buy a chrome 1???any better color suggestions of a b18b1?

the chrome spray in a can looks pretty shiny, but it doesn't look like regular chrome. either buy it chrome, or have it dipped. Painting it a regular color would come out nice as long as it flows with the rest of the car or engine bay. I painted my old LS a dark grey mettalic....so it was simple and clean. It basically made it look black, but sparkle in the sun light

Just polish yours. Its cheaper. Takes a LOT of tedious time, but its free.
