my car gets so cold so damn quick, i turn it off for like 10-20 mins depending on the weather and it gets so cold. if i leave it over night its like i have left it in antartica for 5 months and then try and start it, it will idle so low and only just start until it starts 2 warm up. what could it be??

yer i know lol the gsr engine was fine but i put the sir jdm engine in it and now it does it. but dont know what it is lol if u try pull away within 5 mins of turning it on after you have left it for a night it will nearly stall on you, u have to leave it running atleast 5-6 mins before you can go anywher lol

I think most cars take that long to warm up.... I have had a lot of cars and I let them all warm up for 5-10 min.

no it takes longer than that to warm up, i have to leave it atlest 5-10 mins before i can pull away without it stalling. when i turn it on itl nearly stall unless u giv it alot of gas and keep the revs at about 3 grand for a few seconds and then itl settle and idle under 200 revs until fully warm. it can take up 2 15 mins of drivin before it fully warms up and when its idling at lights or somthing it can actually start to cool down. i have never sen it before lol but when it does warm up it runs fine. just starts horribly.

do you have a 50/50 mix? maybe you have too much coolant... and most cars will take about 15 min of normal driving in the winter to reach a "normal" operating temp. also maybe you have a bad thermostat

well i took the thermostat out of the old engine and it did the same but maybe they are both messed up, might be worth it to buy a new thermostat. yer maybe i think i might put some of that coolant in that i heard about, it runs at a higher temp than other coolants??
