cold air intake question..

i'm looking at buying a cold air intake for my 92 ls and i found a nice aem short ram for $ 100. the guy says its off a 2000 prelude. i checked out several sites for different styles of C.A.I and it looks like it'll fit. here's a link of the one on kijiji.
and here's a link to a 90-93 integra short ram intake.

Will it fit on my car?:???:
