clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder

is there anyone that knows the bleeding procedure for 1999 integra ls clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder .looking for anyone with info or a website i look at

remove cap on MC, open valve on slave, push pedal in, close valve, pull up pedal. Repeat. Keep fluid in MC

Easier to do with a buddy in the car.

When by myself I just fill the MC, open the valve and push the pedal up and down about 8-9 times, fill up the MC and repeat a few times until the fluid is clear. Once I am ready to close the SC valve, I put something in front of the pedal to hold it down, close the valve, pull the pedal up, make sure MC is at proper level and replace the cap.
