Clutch Engagement Issue/GSR Swap

I just installed the swap and everything started up fine. The first time I went to take off from 1st, tires spun (not familiar with brand new clutch haha). After that, the clutch would not engage on any gear, i tried taking off from first and second and nothing happened. I can put it in and out of gear with the car running without the clutch engaged. I bled the clutch line numerous times and it is fine. Any ideas?

yes it is properly bled, but just think even if it wasnt that shouldnt matter i still shouldnt be able to put it in gear without the clutch while the car in running

Is it a new slave cylinder or a re-used?

it is a reused one but everything was fine before because i bought the long block and used my trans which was perfectly fine before..

hahaha i'm dumb when i looked over everything after putting the swap in i overlooked the passenger side axle wasnt in all the way, so bingo that was the problem as simple as that thanks everybody for all the info
