i was looking in my engine bay and noticed that the orange transparent hose coming out of what i think is the control box(???) is really clogged towards the top with what looks like white calcium buildup. i'm sorry to bother everyone with what might be a very dumb question but i'd sleep much better tonight if someone could explain what that hose does, and if it's detrimental to the car functioning properly. I appreciate any help you guys can give me.
