Climate control cable, Help!

Does anyone have a picture of how the air mix control cable attaches to the climate control?
Mine came loose when trying to reinstall the climate control, and I can't figure it out how it attaches to the panel.

I have not been able to find anything on the cable's attachment to the temp slider lever, only to the heater unit.

I was actually referring to the other end of the cable, but thank you.
The cable was bent at a 90 degree so that's what was giving me trouble, once i straightened it it was fine. I thought there was more to the attachment to the control lever (item 10), since it has an extra unused hole.
