Civic headlight help

Ive gotta park the teg this weekend and work on my gfs civic she has a 95 4dr With a d16z6 swap in it. One head light keeps goin dim. I couldnt find a loose wire any where i replaced the bulb that wasnt it. So now im thinkin its the relay. Any one else have any opinions? You think im right?

its either the ground or some wires have gotten corroded do a full search on the wires from headlight to harness something is drawing power away or its just not getting enough

my friend had that problem with his 95 hatch he said to unplugg the connector from the lightbulb and then plugg it back in and make sure its real snugg. he said that fixed his problem.
