chips on front bumper

here on some pic of what i have going on on my front bumper. looks like chipped paint from another car? what do you think? how can i fix this problem? should i just get a new bumper? all help is appreciated

see all the small chips of paint or whatever it is. i want to get rid of all that!

No need for a new bumper. Get some fresh paint and it would look way better.

Temp fix: 1-2 cans of Plastidip. Tape and paper hood, fenders, and lights for over spray. Remember, I said a temporary fix now. I researched awhile back cause I have the same issue. I looked into http://scratchwizard.net/touch-up-kits/scratchwizard/ . Seems simple enough, I just been busy with work and being deployed to start this weekend project. There a few other company like this. Its better than sanding and painting. I'll try and dig up my research, if I find something I'll let you know.
