well not really a noob, but new to clubintegra and yes im riding in a DC4 now! I dont have any pics right now on this cpu but its ugly right now anyway. lol Im pushing a 94 RS auto-TRAGIC, I just got all black interior put inside (minus the pass. airbag) short ram intake and some spoon resevoir covers form my old civic. I have some tranny problems that im gonna fix by swapping in a JDM B16A Sir-II w/LSD and doing a auto-2-manual conversion. Then i'll waste loads of cash on authentic Spoon, ARC, J's Racing, and other big company products. Im a Jspek styler and I've gotten too many tickets and warrants to worry about big boost or high HP numbers.

*whats up all the members from CC.......damn its a lot f the same peeps in here

autos are quick always a perfect shift. if you buy a mod chip (mine was 10 bucks) it stops that automatic throttle delay and changes shift points. ive run right with comprable tegs with manuals and im right their. besides i got my auto to manual conversion quoted at 2,500k  . for that u can get a turbo on your car. or have a upgaded(race) auto transmission installed, and get a chip to mod the ecu.

yo whats up steve? :) Life is good man, Im actually enjoying myself. Its a lot less hassle being away from the military drama.

anyway, Im doing the auto to manual conversion just because of my personal preference. Im not looking to race this car, I just wanna make it clean and comfortable

whats a dc4??
wow my first day and im already teachin' :)

a DC4 is just like any other integra minus the ITR (integra type R) its the chassis code of the vehicle. My car is not JDM nor a US type R and i wont pretend it is. I beieve its the 3rd 4th and 5th characters of your vin if im not mistaken. Im not too sure, but i think some GSR's may be DC2's as well....i'd have to look into that one though

simply put, No their not.
Its just like the vehicle models and trim levels change, so can the chassis code. Me personally, i haven't heard of anything but DC2's and DC4's for 3rd gen integras. I believe mine is a DC4 because Its a black 94 RS auto-tragic and it came with Tan interior (thank GOD i got that swapped to black)

the 4's and 2's dont really matter much. The only thing important that i can really think of is the different transmission mount right by the coolant overflow and tranny ........or the moon roof (that i dont have).
