Check Engine Light

When I start my car it's fine for about 5 mins until it warms up and the CEL comes on. I searched around on how to check the code and went to my car. I can't find the LED that is supposed to flash when you turn the key to on. Nor can I find the connector you have to jump for it to flash. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Can anyone help? Pictures would be very appreciated.

It's a 1993 LS 4spd Auto

Just for good measure, I took pics of my ECU.

Anything seem out of place?

It's throw a Code 12, Stupid EGR valve. Have to pull it off again an see whats wrong with it.
