check eng light code 20

ive been trying to trouble shoot this but im pretty much stuck on what to do. every once in awhile my check eng light will come on and stay on for a day or two and then gos back off but everytime i go to read my ecu its never on and im only getting code 20 which is cause all my wires are bad in my car. anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing it to do that...... i plan to get another wiring harness from a local honda shop here but does anyone think i should go ahead and see if they have another ecu to or is it just something to do just in my shitty wiring. thanks in advance for any help

Was the car in an electrical for and some drunk guy try repairing it?

If you're getting a new wiring harness, and you wanna get a new ECU make sure you get the correct one for your year, make, model, engine.

I wouldn't get another ECU, if it broke, don't fix it.

Guess I will it just seems like everytime I try to read the damn thing it knows I'm trying to fix it and its starting to piss me off
