Changing interior color

Right now i have a clover green g3 teg with tan leather interior. I wanna change my interior to black and silver or something cooler like that, but everything from the seats to the panels are leather, anyone try to stain leather before? What works, what doesn't? anyone try to change carpet before??

I changed mine from tan to black. I found junkyard that sold me a full interior, it was a fresh wreck wasnt there more then a day. There is a shop near my house that does nothing but part out wrecked integras.
