Changed battery and now she won't start...

Hey there guys, I'm a first time poster and Integra owner.
Finally got my hands on a 97 GS, she's my first car and I lover her to pieces.
The other day though, I replaced the battery with a brand new one and she won't turn over.
The only thing that happens is the hazards turn on when i open the doors.
I've tried to reset the alarm by locking and unlocking - didn't work
Think i've unhooked the alarm system - but hazards still come on
Is there some way of bypassing this? Or am I going the complete wrong way about it?
Please HELP, I really want to get out there and show her off!

If You think Its cuz Your alarm then cut off power to Your alarm and try. Shouldn't be doing That though, that's odd.

I always run into something like this when i replace a battery, and its always a fuse.. putting the battery in for somereason always blows fuses... in 3 cars that i'v owned, its done this... try checking fuses...
