Carpet. Trying to pull it out

so I just decided to cut it a little and pull it from underneath it. I will figure it ouit later.. I just power washed it. prepping for paint, or do you guys recommend dye?

ah I see, I guess I was suppose to cut some of the things I had to cut. lol I didn't want to take the full dash out so I just cut a line through it so it could pass teh carpet through the middle.

dry ice to remove the sound proof stuff. this is just what i heard but i heard it works well.
