i'm going through the same shit and i would say....better hope it's not found. just because you'll get full value on whatever the car is worth. i'm having to fight my insurance tooth and nail on what the car is worth because of the insurance was ridin the fence on whether or not to total it. they've put 2 grand into the car and that was just to catalog any missing parts (dealership don't ask me why it took 2gees to find out shit was missing). now they tell me my ecu and airbag control module is fucked. that on top of the police impound where it sat for 2 days didn't cover up the windows and it got rained on, which by the course of 2 months turned into mold and now i need 3 more gees (agian dealership) to get the car back to running order. after all this it's probably gonna be totaled finally and the insurance company will crush my car or charge me the 2 grand they are out just so i can get my car back.......like i said, i don't mean to be a downer but just hope the car is found in the same (if not better) condition you left it in or simply not at all. rip all lost (and sometimes found) teggies

i know when they found mine it was almost by accident. they took it to an abandoned house and started stripping it. a concerned (or nosy) neighbor called the cops and said there was a red car she'd never seen before at this vacant house and that she thought they were stripping it. the car was stolen btw 4 and 5 in the morning and found at 130. another hour and my motor, suspension, and interior would have been gone.

they probably won't be driving it around unless they're dumb which if they stole a car then that makes them in the running for douchebag of the year, but that doesn't mean they're not smart. the guy who took mine was a pro. no visible damage to the car, no broken glass. my father comes home from base about 1230 and doesn't usually go to bed till somewhere btw 230 and 4. my neighborhood usually wakes up at about 5. on top of that my car was wedged in btw 2 other cars one on each side. even further on top of that was my exhaust is completely open except a resonator and a muffler. my only assumption is that it was either dumb luck or extreme skill.

sorry for the loss bro, hope u find your shit, i read about a car gettin stolen and it makes me sick to my stomach, im on b20vtec.com mainly a ny and nj state site and they have a garveyard forum about all stolen cars and theres gotta be a car stolen like twice a week its scrazy. next time u get your next honda make it fortknox before u do anything....alarms/basic kill switches aint shit nowadays, get some lojack,..ravelco and a boot for the tire
