Hey guys I have a 1996 Integra GSR.

Whenever I start the car and push the clutch pedal in it starts making some weird noises and the clutch pedal vibrates very lightly. Also when im driving around town and im going through the gears I hear this weird noise up to 3500ish RPMs. Then after that it just goes away..

Any ideas on what it might be? Tranny shifts smoothly car has 60k miles on it.

i have the same problem at the same rpm (3500) and i know for a fact that it's the infamous "A pipe" rattle. your A pipe connects just before the cat and it has a tube within the pipe that over time disconnects and causes a rattle at around 3500rpm. it can be replaced (i hear welds don't hold) separately or by replacing the header which usually comes with the A pipe.

So for the a pipe rattle my best bet is probably just replacing the header? Thanks.
