So I drove my car the other night. I wake up the next morning to start my car to head out to work, i start my car it'll crank over but doesn't start. I noticed it's not getting any spark. I've changed the spark plugs, that's not it. I checked the distributor cap, cleaned it a little.. Still not getting any spark, or not starting. My car is turbo'd and not tuned. What do you think could be the problem to this?

Is the distributor turning when you crank the motor? Check the fuses? Is the fuel pump priming when you turn the key to on?

Could be a number of things.
Ignition switch
Main Relay
Coil
Ignition Module
Snapped or jumped timing belt
etc...

Check the rotor and ignition coil first. If your rotor is fine, you probably need a new coil, that was the issue with mine. I have one for sale if you're interested

Same problem here. My 'teg started fine then as I rolled up to the stop sign at the corner from my house, it just died. Tried to crank it a few times and nothing. Pushed it back home and got one of my dad's mechanic friends to come by and take a look. He had it towed to his house so he could see what's going on. Hopefully it won't kill my wallet.

I had this problem a while ago. Distributor failure. It seems to be Honda's achilles heel, I have seen at least 10 fail over the years from both my car and friends.

I'm helping a friend work on her 01 LS, and ran into the EXACT same problem. Pulled up to a light and it quit. Gonna head out and check all the ideas listed above, but if anyone else has any more information, please post it up. Thanks

Well took the distributor cap off, and saw the rotor wasnt spinning, so took the valve cover loose and watched the cam pulleys while my friend cranked on it.... They didn't move, so the belt is junk. Gonna do a compression check on the motor to see if the motor is junk or not.... Go from there
