car audio door tweeters

i have a cut out inside of my doors. the cut out is about 2.5" and i was wondering what size tweeter that is going to be. first i thought it was 2" but it looks like the tweeter size is supposed to be 1.5". but still kinda confused. unfortunately someone had cut these out before i bought the car making it a pain to figure out.

are you saying that the previous owner had a hole cut for tweeters in the door panel?

and you're trying to find out what size tweeters go in the hole?

well are you looking for a component system?

every tweeter varies in sizes, there's no standard for them, they all vary from 1" even up to 4 - 5" inches

the two that i have are about 2" - 2 1/4"

are there any specific brands you're looking for?

A picture would help to better understand, were the tweeters mounted on the door panel itself? What year integra? Are you sure its not just the tweeter location without the tweeter mounting grill?

so wait. did they cut an extra hole or just make the existing hole bigger. cuz i have tweeters in my door and every other teg i have ever seen has them already in the door.

yea i didnt know that there was an existing hole with integras. there is a tweeter size one and of course the typical speaker fitting, but thats inside the door inself.

Can't u just ask the guy that u bought it from? Or take the tweeter out and take it to an audio shop.
