Can't rewire ECT

Previous owner did a hack job of rewiring the ECT and I still get a code. So I tried to run a new wire from the ECT to D13 pin and it gives me a cylinder 3 misfire code and code 6 but, when I disconnect it. It goes back to just to code 6. Is there something I'm missing or wiring wrong here? I've double checked that I didn't get the polarity switched and I cut the old wire completely off. This is on my 93 da integra with a gsr head/b16 bottom end with a b16 tranny and a p30 ecu. I just bought the swap this way for $640 :)

I got some progress and found out what the problem was. I think the ECT part of the ECU is fried, I tried putting a 366 ohm resistor on it instead of the sensor then tried just grounding out the D13 pin and the fan should kick on but I'm still getting a code 6. Would anyone have a diagram of the p30 ecu? Or have any ideas how to bypass this code? I know it's not a very good idea considering it's needed for timing, fuel trim, ect...
