Can't get rpms to go up sometimes

i can start my 1990 da but it idles really low barely runs when sitting i can drive it but then some times when i come to a stop i lose controle of the gas i can not get the rpms to go back up itll just sit at super low rpms and barely run.does anyone know why this is?

Sounds like the IACV needs to be cleaned, look up how to on google, I've never actually done it myself lol
