Can't get any fuel..

I tried starting the project up today and couldn't get any fuel...
The fuel pump doesn't turn on when I turn the key..
I put a power wire up to the fuel pump and instantly got fuel pressure. Tried a different ECU.. Nothing.. I've plugged all the plugs back together that go together.. and still can't get any fuel.
This is a 2000 GSR..
Please help! Any ideas?

get a multi meter and shoot the power wire going from the fuel pump to the ignition and see if its broke or not. thats what i would check first, if thats good, then shoot the ground wire from the fuel pump.
