Cant find 600hp turbo kit

I have checked all sources I know and cannot find a turbo kit worthy of 600 horse.
It will be going in a JDM 98 Integra type R.

Goal is 600hp, would prefer one rated at 700+
I have found plenty of turbos rated 700+ but not a complete kit, never peiced one together, too much work or is it worth it?

You'd save a good chunk of $ by piecing it together.

Because most people at the 600hp level dont buy "kits"...

That makes the most sense. Plus 600whp is going to require a lot more work than bolting on a kit.
