Can You Have Both Harness Bar and C-Pilar?

Some one told me if you have a harness bar installed you cannot install c-pilar...

I dont understand how that could be true....is it?

yeah I didnt understand how having a harness bar would have anything to do with the c-pilar, ok thanks guys
