depends on the shape of your engine. but i would say yes. you don't even need to put low compression pistons in.

psi varies from turbo to turbo- charger to charger. what exactly are your whp expectations?

you have to remember that the block gard is a different material than you block, this means it heats up faster, and may swell the cylinder walls.

i have a block gard in and just had it checked out. it swelled the walls just a little, and no other problems. i can safely run about 12psi.

NO stay away from greddy.
1. That blue box is almost impossible to upgrade to more boost
2. that blue box needs to be tuned by a professional who knows greddy, i have not found one yet.
3. internal wastegates suck
4. greddy tech support is terrible. the second worst i have encountered. (jackson racing the first)

get a rev hard kit, with an external wastegate. much easier to upgrade. get hondata, easier to tune.

if you are getting the greddy kit because of CARB. once you get a fmic and a bov it is no longer CARB approved. and not CARB approved once you raise the boost.

haha wtf... pretty much defeats the purpose of being CARB IMO... if thats the case... then might as well go bigger and better!

The Apexi vafc is more for a NA set up, does not control boost, only fuel delivery and vtec engagement, your best bet is Hondata or a similar management, or if youre low on cash convert to odb1 and have your stock ecu chipped with a base map for your application, remember this is no tunable only makes the car run rich to keep things on the safe side, but your car wont run at optimun level and you will have headaches starting it up, so save up for hondata with boost option

you best bet is to buy a kit from a company that gives you what you need or will work with you on a managment system. call inline pro they will add and take away fuel system stuff as you need and upgrade turbo of the kit if need be. if you are goin low comp. pistons you can make about 400whp on pump gas and 550whp on race gas before you start cracking sleeves.

do NOT try to use a VAFC to tune the car. you will only advance timing and detonate

It basically goes inbetween your cylinder wallls, kinda like a cheap way of sleeving your block. IMO they suck, Ive never seen them do anygood for a motor. So personally i wouldn't even use them.
