From my experience, I will never buy used wheels again unless the seller agrees to meet up at a tire shop and have them checked. He admitted one was bent but you don't know if its only that wheel. Getting them fixed is fairly expensive and not worth it IMO as you will wind up paying the same amount as getting new lower end wheels (rota,drag, spun, etc...). Fixing two of my wheels cost $275 and that was with a minor discount. One of them eventually cracked. I would save up and buy new.
