You need mounts, CL-Type S manual trans, do your own wiring, use a manual ecu and bypass the immobilizer, hasport sells the axles, header from ebay, the only fabwork needed is wiring and exhaust... the "C" motor is not what people use, the "J" series is where it is at... since the motor was in the odyssey, pilot, cl, tl, mdx

Yeah you can't use the C32 at least no one has tried, I imagine being from the NSX it'd be hugely cost prohibitive anyway, J32 is what people use.
