c-pillar interchangeability

I might/might not fit. If the DB1 is like the DB7/8, then it won't fit. C-pilllar bars don't fit on DB7/8s because there isn't anywhere to bolt the bar on to. So if the rear seat belts on the DB1 are similar to those on DA9s, then the c-pillar bar will fit.

Your rear deck is basically the same thing as the c-pillar. I've read that it fits, but I don't think anybody uses them because of the rear deck.

any c pillar bar made for a honda will inter change to almost any honda. as long as its adjustable. i had one in my integra and it fit in a nissan 240.
