buying teg question

Hello! I used to have a 94 integra RS back in the day and have been driving a TL for a while. I've been getting the itch to get back into it and lose the fam sedan. Been thinking about an rsx or teg. Today I saw a '95 gsr, red, 130k miles, stock except intake and exhaust for $4k. I know these aren't real easy to find. Looks in good shape.

Do I need to take it for an inspection? Is this real common?
Is there anything I should look out for?
Trying to decide on this, any advice would be appreciated.
