Buying a used 98 integra

I would like some help on what to look for when I'm buying an integra? It's from a private seller. Has 80k miles and body is in fair shape. What should I check for other than the usual check engine light and oil and breaks. Any and all answers will be a huge help. Thanx

check in the trunk for rust (under the carpet) integras sometimes have a problem when water gets into the trunk when it rains
