sometimes the lights on my teg go off, sometimes only one side goes off, and still sometimes both sides work... and both sides work only when it's extremely cold or raining... it could be coincidence but its happend so many times. i took it off to see whats wrong and all the wires are correctly wired but the previous owner electric taped alot of them for some reason... anyone know ?? and one more question, does anyone else get condensation in their head lights? my car was stolen and recovered and i got these shitty headlights and it gets condensation like crazzyyy....

if i were you i'd just run new wires for them, but that's just me.

if he had them all taped up then he probably tapped them for something else he had installed at one point.

try replacing the bulbs, they can cause that some time.

Im gonna think that your talking about you signal/parking lights. Before you run any wires or do anything too major, you might wanna use a test light to check to see if there power output from the ends of the wire. Simply attach the test light wire to a ground source, somewhere metal and solid or neg batt. which ever. And remove all the bulbs from both sides of the light assembly. then turn the llight w/ head lights on. With the test light pointer, make contact to the metal housing which holds the bulbs in place and see if theres power, Repeat with all 4 bulb unit. Then test again but this time with signals on. Left, right. other than that, check wires for wear, shorts, opens, which might cause these symptoms . check fuses and with the test light also. Sometimes fuses blow, but not completely, so current sometimes jump arcoss the partly blown fuse. Thats what happen to me with my civic head light. I spent all that time looking at wires and bulbs and housings, when it was just a fuse. Its better to pull the fuse out and make sure. hope this will help with the problem.
