Broken fuel injector?

Ok lately my car has been acting like its not getting enough fuel sometimes when I'm coming to a stop or slowing down espcially, the rpm drops and pushing on the gas does nothing when this happens. I just installed a new fuel pump and put in a new fuel filter. A couple days ago my car was starting and idling ad running good. But yesterday it wouldn't start at all. I noticed that my 4th fuel injector looked like it was leaking a little bit and I barely turned it and it started spraying fuel everywhere. Are the fuel injectors supposed to be turning freely like that in the first place? I'm wondering if I just need to tighten them down some how or if I need new fuel injectors.

check and see how the seals on the injectors are it could be something as simple as that

This is a likely possibility. You have to think, those rubber seals could be the originals and they could be 18-21 years old.
I just had to replace mine a few weeks ago for the same reason.

exactly i had to do the same ..theyre cheap at auto zone its like 2 bucks each around there
